Robert Balopole, CPA, CFA

Bob Balopole, the founder of BIMC, serves as head economist and chief of research. Bob has been a financial advisor since 1983, first as a CPA and now as President of BIMC. Bob earned his Chartered Financial Analyst credential in 2003. Bob is a native of California, having an undergraduate degree from UC Berkeley in Accounting and a Master of Science in Taxation from Golden Gate University.

James Manishin, BSEE, MBA

Jim Manishin joined BIMC as Vice President and wears many hats at BIMC. Jim has an undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering from Bucknell University and graduated with a Masters in Business Administration in Finance and Accounting, with distinction, from Cornell University. Jim spent twenty five years in sales and marketing roles in the semiconductor and semiconductor intellectual property industries. Jim is currently studying for his Certified Financial Planner credential.
